Feedback: UnityContainer.ResolveAll<>()

I realize I'm a little late to the party here, but I would assume that ResolveAll<> would resolve ALL instances found within a container, *INCLUDING* the non-named registered instances (hence the word, ALL). :)

Right now this doesn't do this.  It would be nice to have the method named ResolveAllNamed so that it describes exactly what it does.  Now I have to make an extension method to tack on the functionality that I would expect from the method.

Oh well.  Everything else works really well. :)
