Unity Custom Serialization

I am using Unity with WCF client (ASP.NET Web API). Once the channel message is received by WCF client, message stream is handed to Unity; Unity does the serialization and resolve the mapped object. Our WCF hosted services are using DataContractSerializer. My current need is, to stop Unity from performing default DataContractSerialization (in the client-side) and hook my custom serialization (utilizes JSON.Net). Please let me know, how to hook custom serialization in Unity.
