Suggestion Needed for porting Unity.Configuration for Silverlight

I have successfully ported Unity and StopLight QuickStart sample with the help of Chris. (Thanks a lot, Chris!)  But I haven't finished porting Unity.Configuration for Silverlight since there are a lot of Config classes not available in Silverlight. Could you please give me some advices for porting Unity.Configuration for Silverlight? Should I store those configurations in server-side and get those data using WCF? or Silverlight Client Configuration would do? Do I need to create the equalivant method of System.Configuration in Silverlight?

My first thought is to forget about the System.Configuration based configuration, and build a new config format based around XAML. Then you could download that XAML from the server and configure the container on the client.

Attempting to reimplement System.Configuration in Silverlight is just going to hurt. Trust me on that one. ;-)
