Accessing the container deeper in the object heirarchy

In the data access layer I need to create instances of specific entities.  These entities are also mapped using interfaces through Unity.  The problem is how do I access the Unity Container deep in the data access layer.  Do I have to pass the container around? I do not like to do this since this beats the purpose and adds too much of dependency on the unity framework itself.  Is there an easier way to do this?  I also don't want to add dependency objects to the container in the data access classes since it creates too much of noise.
