Unreferenced assemblies

NEVERMIND, I've found it was my mistake not running in the appropriate path. It does load the assembly and the class.

I'm new to Unity, I've started by adding registrations into the config.

Will Unity load an assembly if it is specified in the <assembly> element of the config and that assembly is not referenced at design time?

I get "The type name or alias testunity could not be resolved. Please check your configuration file and verify this type name."

  <unity xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/practices/2010/unity">

    <namespace name="Testing"/>
    <assembly name="Testing" />

    <container>
      <register type="testunity"/>
    </container>
  </unity>

Testing.testunity is a class defined in Testing assembly(Testing.dll) that is not referenced at design time. How do you handle such case?
